1. Sales planning:
    • Planning existing platform’s sales forecast, strategic planning
    • Track brand/store performance and conduct KPI report at regular basis
    • Deep dive into finding channel emerging trend and apply quickly
    • Brands portfolio allocation considering the overall strategy
  2. E-operation:
    • Support brand team in daily store operation incl but not limited to:
    • Business analysis with identify key drivers for growth with actions
    • Merchandising analysis incl. product performance, stock analysis
    • Close communication with TP/Platform to support daily operation
  3. Strategy Thinking:
    • Participate and support local and global initiatives with constructive thoughts
    • Having own understanding of the category incl. competitors’ actions, category trend and brand itself
    • Quick learning on the online new trend incl. new platform and new trial project
  4. Backend Management
    • Managing platform’s fee application, invoice issue in SAP and related system
    • Logistic monitoring including weekly return process and product delivery


  1. Education
    • Bachelor degree above
  2. Experience
    • At least 3 years of working experience with 1 year working experience in ecommerce
    • Preferred FMCG, Fashion, Beauty, or retail background
  3. Knowledge and skills
    • Good analytical skills and keen sense of number
    • Strong communication skills
    • Fluency in spoken and written in EN
    • Excellent Micro-soft skill esp. in OUTLOOK, EXCEL and PPT
  4. Other requirements

    • Down-to-earth attitude
    • Being able to handle conflict and challenge
