1. Customer Planning
    • Understand the channel and allocate appropriate resources to secure sales result according to approved business objectives
    • Understand customer and consumer portfolio of key channel so as to recommend relevant business strategies for the achievement of their business plan
  2. Account Management
    • Manage customer expectations from planning through execution to deliver profitable sales
    • Execute business plans for flagship and portfolio brands, including sales budget, product & trade marketing programs
    • Work with our business partners to deliver effective and profitable business plan in according to business objective. Effectively communicate with different parties to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Contribute to a successful business relationship
  3. Target Achievement and Budget Management
    • Proactively monitor and control BTL spending and expenses spending.
    • Suggest effective solutions to maintain spending in according to pre-confirmed business objectives
    • Plan, execute, monitor sales objectives in “SMART” format for subordinates to achieve pre-approved targets include Volume and Revenue
  4. People Management and Development
    • Develop and coach salesperson to ensure a competent team
    • Consistently monitors and evaluates sales performance
      Identify sales performance gaps and opportunities for improvement


  1. Degree holder preferred
  2. 10 years of sales experience in FMCG supervisory role, beer industry preferred
  3. High-performing sales professional who holds a track record of over-achieving goals
  4. Result-oriented and a problem solver with excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  5. Effective people management and communication skills
  6. Proficiency in written & spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua and high computer literacy
