Responsibilities

  1. Establishing the in-market influencer strategy based on knowledge of market, pre-established influencer relationships and understanding of which influencers are target right for the brand
  2. Marketing product to digital influencers, brand ambassadors and consumers on a daily basis
  3. Achieving engagement objectives daily to meet key quarterly milestones within given budget
  4. Demonstrating an active understanding of digital marketing knowledge & social media trends and communicating this information to the Global team
  5. Stay up to date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity and other social media leaders to bring early adopter technologies and trends locally
  6. You will champion the brand by creating and developing new and inventive techniques to promote our products across social networks (mainly Instagram, but also identifying key platforms that we should consider if applicable)
  7. Support the marketing of new products, seasonal offerings, key company happenings, giveaways, and more to the digital world
  8. Oversee day-to-day operations on the brand's social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook and Youtube) including execution of content strategy and community management
  9. Ensure questions, comments and related opportunities are handled with a well-executed, high-touch experience
  10. Moderating and capturing user-generated content within the influencer community and building that content into the local social media strategy when applicable
  11. Report and analyze monthly KPIs, including follower growth of social platforms, engagement, conversation, amplification and leads across owned channels to guide and optimize overall social platform strategy
  12. Maintain a content calendar and adhere to budget guidelines
  13. Collaborate with the marketing department as needed to bring key marketing programming to life

Requirements

  1. You have a bachelor’s degree or local country equivalent focused in Marketing or a related field
  2. You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Marketing; with 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing
  3. You are fluent in English and the respective language in your local country
  4. You have the ability to travel locally (approximately 35%) to represent Vital Proteins at industry trade shows, conferences, seminars, and events, as needed
  5. You are passionate about the fitness, beauty, wellness, fashion, and lifestyle
  6. You are a self-starter with proven ability to take initiative, define what needs to get done and multi-task
  7. You are experienced in cultivating meaningful relationships through communication and collaboration
  8. You continuously seek new people to follow on Instagram, and regularly make new connections with like-minded individuals
  9. You have strong written and oral communication skills
  10. You have e strong business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit
