Effective 1st March 2025, Indonesia’s BPJSTK has announced several changes to the pension plan limit, including the following:
- The retirement age will increase to 59 years effective in 2025
- The minimum pension benefit for 2025 will be IDR399,700 per month
- The maximum pension benefit for 2025 will be IDR4,792,300 per month
- The highest wage limit for calculating Pension Program contributions, effective from the March 2025 contribution period, will be IDR10,547,400 per month
