Terms & Conditions
- The “First 3 Months Free EOR” promotion is valid only for new clients who sign a minimum 12-month EOR Service contract with Link Compliance.
- Promotion applies to the hiring of employees who are legal residents of the following countries:
- Singapore
- Malaysia
- Indonesia
- Philippines
- Vietnam
- China, Hong Kong, Taiwan
- Japan
- Australia
- USA
- UK
- Spain
- Romania
- A one-time setup fee is chargeable upon onboarding and is not covered under this promotion.
- Payment must be made in USD. No additional conversion or processing fees will be applied.
- Termination of EOR Services prior to the completion of at least 6 months will result in the automatic cancellation of the “First 3 Months Free EOR” promotion, with clients becoming liable for all previously waived service fees.
- Local taxes and regulations may apply. GST will be charged to Singapore-based clients in accordance with Singapore law.
- Clients will receive complimentary access to the GoWorldPEO system for the duration of their contract.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or discounts.
- This promotion is valid until 31 December 2025 unless extended or terminated earlier by Link Compliance.
- This promotion is not applicable where prohibited by local laws or regulations.
- Link Compliance reserves the right to amend, extend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
