Marketing Manager


  • Remit the brand vision through the full spectrum of marketing initiatives across all channels and the coordination and management of the team and its resources
  • Develop strategic marketing, PR, SN and media strategies and plans including press positioning, messaging, media relations strategies, creative collaboration strategies, fresh pitch ideas, and high-impact buzz marketing programs and events
  • Proactive cooperation with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the development and implementation of a strong strategy
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team and counterparts to ensure 360 integrated campaigns for partners and defining the overall market and channel strategies
  • In charge of overseeing all internal and external communications for the market, ensuring its messaging is consistent and engaging, including fixtures and visuals in-store and on-line
  • Managing marketing communications campaigns and making sure all teams are aligned
  • Responsible for effective budget management for marketing communications campaigns
  • Responsible for content alignment with the digital marketing & influencer team
  • Oversee local social media team and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Oversee and maintain all internal tracking and reporting matrices that form the basis for cost, productivity, and efficiency analysis
  • Plan and allocate resources to meet business unit productivity and quality goals
  • Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, and rewarding
  • Track employee performance, recruit and oversee personnel to ensure adequate staffing, positive employee morale, and meet expected productivity standards
  • Explore and offer team development and activities including workshops, education, training, knowledge sharing, team buildings
  • Ad-hoc requirements according to Supervisor

  • Qualifications: a minimum bachelor’s degree
  • Working experience: minimum 5 years of experience, excellent managerial, professional, and soft skills, excellent organizational and communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English, preferably from a retail marketing background (cosmetics or skincare a big plus)
