Wholesale Manager

THE ROLE
Responsible for management and development of Wholesale Business for the Greater China business units, liaises with Brand strategy plan and make coordination with all operating departments.

REPORTING LINES
• Reports into Greater China Brand Director in Shanghai

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

Business Development Support 业务发展支持
• Support regional wholesale/franchise business and store expansion plans to achieve company’s annual goals;
支持区域批发/特许经营业务和店铺扩张计划,以实现公司的年度目标;
• Manage and optimize wholesale customer’s performance, promote and replace the customers if necessary;
管理和优化批发客户的业绩,必要时进行客户的推广和更换;
• Objectively evaluate the performance of franchisees and stores, effectively expand new franchisees and implement feasible purchasing plans with wholesale customers;
客观评价加盟商及门店业绩,与批发客户有效拓展新加盟商,实施可行的采购计划;
• Take responsibility for budgets, forecasts and agreement、store visit and training follow-ups with wholesale partners and customer negotiation agreements;
负责与批发合作伙伴的预算、预测、合同、巡店、培训等跟进,以及客户谈判协议;
• Well and deeply understand the market situation, industry trends and competitive brands of the region, and gather market intelligence and trend information;
深入了解所在区域的市场情况、行业趋势和竞争品牌,收集市场情报和趋势信息。

Wholesale Operation Support 批发营运支持
• Maintain and manage franchisees, maintain business relationships, and assist franchisees in negotiations;
维护和管理加盟商,维护业务关系,协助加盟商谈判;
• Monitor regional customers to achieve store standards and align with brand operation regulations;
监督区域客户达到店铺标准并与品牌运营法规保持一致;
• Assist for regional channel development negotiation, review and determination, and follow up the operation quality of newly opened stores;
协助支持区域渠道开发谈判、审核、确定,并跟进新店运营质量;
• Coordination with other department team (Buying, VM, Marketing, Operation) to resolve customer (esp. key accounts) problems, assist franchisee to enhance professional ability and build up proper operational structure;
与其他部门团队(采购、陈列、营销、运营)协调解决客户(特别是大客户)问题,协助加盟商提升专业能力,建立合理的运营结构;

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree or above in business administration or related field;
工商管理或相关专业本科及以上学历;
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in retail industry especially apparels enterprises, with experience in franchise development preferred;
5年以上零售行业特别是服装企业相关工作经验,具有特许经营发展经验优先;
• Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other tools);
熟练使用办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint等);
• Excellent communication skills and negotiation skills, strong marketing planning ability, planning and coordination ability and business development ability, written and spoken in English;
优秀的沟通能力和谈判能力,较强的营销策划能力、策划协调能力和业务拓展能力,且英文听说写良好;
• Good teamwork sprit, have the sprit on result driven and problem solving;
良好的团队合作精神,具有结果驱动和解决问题的精神;
• Willing to travel within designated region;
愿意在指定区域内出差;
